Just like many of those illegal street-racers on the highway that weave in-and-out at dangerously high speeds during lunch-time rushhour traffic, it’s typically the driver who is tailing in last place that highway police are able to catch up to and pull over.

However, metaphorically applying all of that to the case of those black hat tactic sellers on Amazon, it seems that Amazon is much more than just the highway police, but they also own that entire stretch of highway, plus likely sold at least half of the vehicles on it.

In other words, they won’t pullover and catch the slowest driver that happens to be racing in last place, but rather, they pulled the slowest driver just because they can and wanted to.
