Hi,
Yes, you can start running ads to your listings before making a sale; this may very well help you receive your first few. That is up to you. It depends on the products you offer and the demand/competition.
]]>Hi,
Yes, that should be fine for what you are selling
]]>Hi Bob,
No, it will not! Fill out the application and show your process, you should be ok with getting approved.
]]>Hi Nick,
Thanks for your comment! I agree, it is hard to find items sometimes in the Handmade category unless you know to look there.
]]>Amazon does not care about this issue. Some of my product get through most never do. I still do better on Etsy. Most likely because I’ve searched on Amazon in my product area of what’s out there in normal search and found it very lousy and barely some products in that come up regarding the search terms.
If every customer knew to goto handmade we would all be rich. It’s got some great products compared to regular search but it’s too bad it’s tucked in a basement hidden from 3.1billion potentials. So AMZ vs Etsy. Etsy sadly wins because AMZ just has no clue this is even a issue.
I will not go into handmade support, but let’s just say no one is in that department.
]]>Not sure of any certification but make sure you follow the FDA’s regulations and Amazon’s policies when it comes to marketing your soap.
