Hi David,

If you closed the account before requesting the rest of your inventory then I am not sure there is much more you can do. You need to request a removal order before closing down your Amazon account. If you did not want to pay the monthly fee, you could always downgrade to a free individual account, if your account is still active.

What happens when you attempt to sign into your old account?

We had cancelled our seller central account since we were unable to promote the visuals that were needed. The account was cancelled as we did not want to incur the monthly charges for a listing we could not sell. We were requested to send 5 units to designated fulfillment locations which we did. Some of these units have been recovered and some have not even though we tried exhaustively to recover.

The email we used for the account was orders@ctgaudio.com which is where we received the notice of inactive inventory for> 365 days. Was unable to provide a return address as we had closed the account. The Company name is Conference Technology Group LLC dba CTG Audio. How can we recover this inventory?

Hi Isabel,

Have you tried changing the listings back to FBA? You can do that under Manage Inventory.

When contacting seller support, did you do so by email or phone? I suggest speaking to someone on the phone.

I have a big problem with idle inventory on Amazon. By accident I migrated all my FBA stock to merchant and now I can’t go back, make it back like before. I’ve already asked Amazon’s support center for help, but without success, I don’t know what else to do. I would like to know if you can help me to resolve this issue, if your tool does this kind of work. It’s been more than fifteen days since I’ve made any kind of sale because my stock is blocked.

To create an appeal:

I did not receive any emails from Amazon, and there are no performance notifications. Account health is intact. Could this be because i sent additional 600 more Qty to FBA or what? i am so confused.
