To add to this FBA thing, here we have one more model called “Seller Flex” where you get the Fulfilled by Amazon Badge and you enjoy the express delivery service by amazon.

In this model, you need to convert your warehouse into a Mini FBA fulfilment centre where you inbound your own inventory, store it (you dont pay a thing for storage), and the shipment goes from here.

This is a very nice model.

However, managing returns get messy in this. 1. that you dont get paid for the lost packages. 2. the settlement is dependent on the amazon customer service – if they are in mood, they do it, else they toss it for 0.

Seller should opt for this model carefully.
