Unfortunately, Amazon has denied my request after I have given them all required documentation yet has not given any real reason why we are not eligible. The only reason I could assume is that since we are a New Seller and do not have any existing seller performance. Their email included the line : “We value your participation and hope that you will continue to sell on Amazon in an effort to build your performance history”.

Pleas advise on how to become ungated for grocery/gourmet as a completely new seller on Amazon.

Once you are approved to sell in the grocery category using the wholesale invoice, you can then purchase products from retail stores to resell as you are already approved in that category.
