State that you are not related to any other store on Amazon and ask for them to provide which other store you are connected to.

The only thing you can do really is to wait for Amazon to get back to you. You can try to send a follow up email but they will get back to you when they can.

I was told my SIV( seller identification verification was denied. This is the first time I’m apply for a sellers account. I sent them an email asking about what I could do to change this. If I could re submit my documents.. they said to send an email to. ‘trms-siv-sesunoir@amazon.com. I sent and email there and have not heard back. What should I do next? Thanks again for your time.

Hi Carlos,

Thanks for the question! I am assuming the issue is because “Yahtzee Score Sheets” is written twice within your listing. Remove the first phrase and leave everything after 888. That should fix the issue.

This is not about a suspension, but about a quality review regarding one title, related to the title.

I would like to ask you a question. Hopefully you can give me advice and later o maybe on a call can discuss further.

I received an email regarding a book that has been published 11 months:

“During a quality assurance review, we found that the following book you
have submitted contain extra words or phrases in the title that are
distracting or misleading to customers.

Yahtzee Score Sheets: 888 Yahtzee Score Sheets Large Print 8.5″x11 Games

Please unpublish all of your catalog’s affected books within 5 business days and re-publish as new books, removing any extra words or phrases from the book Title, Subtitle, and/or Series Information. If your books haven’t been corrected by that time, they will be removed from sale on Amazon.

Please note that when re-publishing your book, it will essentially be a different product. As such, previous customer reviews, tags, and sales rank will not be transferable.”

The thing is 11 months ago when I tried publishing I had a similar message, so when submitting again I changed the title and they accepted and was published.

Now 11 months later randomly say this.

I have one book in KDP submitted 11 months ago and selling well. I got contacted by quality review saying I have a repetitive phrase that is distracting and I must unpublish and publish a new listing.

I have many more details, etc. but I better wait until you have some time to answer. I would really appreciate it. Thanks 🙂
