You can sign up for the professional account and then immediately contact Amazon support that you would like to downgrade to an individual account and receive a refund for the pro account.

You can easily upgrade at anytime through seller central.

I has been concerning one point. I’m registering an Amazon seller account and waiting for the verification but i choose No for UPC. Does it mean that the registration will be refused.
